SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Products are in UK and can be shipping worldwide. Shipping in the mainland in UK are free whereas in Europe and North America 12 pound flat rate per shipping.

Shipping will be done within two days of payment clearance.

It will be delivered by Standard Royal Mail. Please contact us if you have any special delivery requirement.

We reserve the right to amend the price before dispatched.

All products are subject to availability.

Order cancelled before dispatched will be refunded but subject to charge 5% to cover our administration cost.

Customs duty and VAT are responsibilities of the customers to pay in their home country.

Delivered within 5-7 working days in the United Kingdom and Europe. Elsewhere please allow 14-28 days for delivery. However, the customer assumes the risk of delivery once the order has been dispatched.

Payment can be made on Paypal account. We will take reasonable care to keep the details of your order secure.

We are not liable for your losses and suffer due to your negligence and third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

In the unlikely event of your product is lost or damage in transit please contact us. In the case of non-delivery please wait for 5 days from the day you expected to receive your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retrain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
